My hot water talk went “kaput”, called Ritchie’s plumbing and heating and they were able to give me a very competitive quote over the phone. They were able to install the new talk within 24hr. Charlotte was friendly and helpful on the phone when booking, and Taylor was professional and helpful on site during the installation. I can see why they have a very high rating on Google reviews. I definitely would recommend Richie’s Plumbing and Heating!

Excellent company. Responsive, efficient & cost effective. Had a new hot water tank installed less than 24hrs after contacting them. From the administration to the technician, all top shelf, genuine customer service…I will definitely be using Ritchie’s for all our family plumbing needs! Especially a big shout out to Taylor who was beyond epic!

Had 2 sinks and a tap installed. The lady I spoke to on the phone was great and had the info I needed. They were very accommodating and got us in as soon as they could. they were on time and had all the arts they needed to do the job. Did the job well and efficiently. Will definitely use them in the future.

Ritchie's plumbing recently replaced my hot water tank and furnace as well as serviced my air conditioning unit. My experience with Ritchie's was fantastic - Graeme arrived early for my quote appointment (after calling to confirm it was ok), he was super professional but honest with me about my options and concerns, then a quote for the work I requested was provided the next day by Charlotte. For the service appointment, they (Graeme and Taylor) were, once again, early, super efficient, friendly, and professional, providing me with all updates as the work was performed, and getting the job done as quickly as possible. This was an incredibly positive experience from start to finish!

Graeme and Charlotte from Ritchie's were a pleasure to work with. The first time Graeme installed a UV Light and a sediment filter for our well water. The next time Graeme installed 2 bidet toilets. Making the appointment was an efficient process and they were available within my time frame. They are prompt and professional and got the jobs done efficiently. The quality of work is excellent. We will always use Ritchies for our future plumbing and heating jobs.
