(June 12, 2017, 4:00 pm)Bi West bailed us out of a jam at very short notice when our group was shafted by another bus company. They were professional and helpful. They accommodated a request we made without a blink of an eye. They sent a driver who was calm, courteous, kind, always knew where he was going, knew how to avoid the traffic, and was just fantastic in general. I will go back to this bus company anytime we need a coach again. Thanks Bi West and Adam!
