Was great.They came out as soon as we called to say the furnace wasn't going. It was a Sunday.
Excellent service! I called with a weekend and evening emergency with no heat, and someone was at my door very fast! Very professional, organized, and friendly. Reasonable and fair rates and they are honest and efficient. I would not hesitate to recommend KRM Heating to family, friends, neighbours, and even strangers.
My furnace broke down on a Saturday evening. I was expecting to pay high service fees for after hours call and to have a long wait before someone could come look at it with the freezing cold weather we’ve been having! Randy and Dan were at my house in 15 mins and were both courteous and professional. Fixed the problem quickly and charged a very reason rate. Highly recommend!
My furnace crapped out in the middle of the night gave KRM a call. I recieved quick very courteous service. As well the problem was rectified with cost effective methods. Thank you so much for a job well done and fast!!
