(January 31, 2024, 12:04 am)Negative experience I called to get my friends home safely one night. I was given a time that was missed by the driver I was talking to. I was told 15 at first, so I called back and was told another 15 minutes. So I asked why and he kept adding time on as we spoke it went 15, to 20, to 30 with unnecessary expletives every now and then. So I angrily asked why is this happening? Then he matter of factly told me I do what I want to go f**k myself. I’m the only one available.

(February 23, 2022, 4:59 pm)They are prompt and friendly, having used them on multiple occasions I have found them reliable and will continue to use their services. The only issue that I have is the driver who picked me up was litterally finishing a cigarette and rolling up the window as he arrived. I am glad I was wearing a mask because otherwise I would have struggled the whole ride due to the smell.
