Very caring and professional staff

Excellent experience adopting our cat back in March. The ladies were very friendly, and helpful. They even got us started with a few things for her.

Stunning facility, the animals here have it better than most! Caring staff and great communication as things have moved out of person for the moment. Clean facility with everyone practicing safe procedures when we did go in. We had a lot of boxes to check and they were great working with us to find the right fit for our family. My sole complaint is not leaving with any food or information on what was being fed so I could have some ready in advance. We had a rough few days of diarrhea transitioning to the food at home. We did receive a copy of the pet’s COMPLETE history and vet records which was transparent and awesome, and access to addition resources online for settling in and training as he grows.

What an awesome building and staff! The cats and dogs that find themselves there are lucky in way.

Adopted our dog Chance from here (originally named Bobby by the shelter). All the staff were super nice and make sure dogs go to the right home. We had been trying to adopt for months and finally found a good fit. They always have lots of cats and up to around 6 dogs at the shelter. Adoption fees for dogs are around $350 and they sell used dog beds, leashes, bowls, and toys which is great.
