“As my coworker and I were battling the tundra (well...not really, we were driving in a heated van listening to slayer) we both agreed we needed sustenance in order to continue our journey onwards. A quick search brought us to Red Rock Pizza, we checked out the menu, phoned in an order for pickup about 20 minutes ahead. Upon our arrival the pizza had just come out of the oven, the staff was friendly, yet obviously and understandably busy. Even in the brief time it took me to pay and pickup our pizza it was obvious this place was busy for good reason. There was almost a constant stream of other costumers flowing in and out picking up their orders and the delivery guy was high in demand, thus it would be wise to stand clear so he can do his job like a boss. When we opened the box in the van it was glorious... the entire van was almost instantly perfumed in the aroma of this masterpiece...which we devoured within minutes. It was everything we hoped it would be and fulfilled our cravings, we then set forth... back into the tundra...until we meet again.”

“Would get 5 stars if not for the price. $175 x 2 nights. For what you actually get I thought it was a bit steep. Does not come with breakfast for that price. Nice bachelor suite. Bar fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle. Owners got coffee set up and ready every morning. Has a double bed and an extra cot. Owners are not in your face but when they are around are very nice and helpful with restaurants ideas, activities and hiking options. Nice bathroom with clean towels. Small desk area. Over all it smaller than a typical hotel room. Nice little back yard chill spot. Not right downtown. It's across the hyway and up the hill but close to a few restaurants and bistros but probably not quiet walking distance to "the action" of Canmore. I would stay again but not if I could find something more reasonably priced.”

“Had been to the restaurant a few times when a dietary restriction (gluten and dairy) popped up. Asked the server if there was any options to accommodate. Was shocked that everything we'd been eating was gluten free. Never noticed!! Needless to say it is an easy and more frequent option nowadays!!! Highly recommend the teriyaki bison burger. It's small, but the rice patty "bun" is a great, effective and super tasty trick here. And any of the sushi is really good too!”

“Excellent stop in Canmore. Off the beaten track, but easy to find. Service was very good, fast. Food was excellent, hot and tasty. Two concerns - the water glass i was given contained a huge, long black hair (not out waitress as she had medium length lighter hair. I am glad I did not drink from the glass and only noticed it after I finished lunch). Bathrooms were very cold - the temperature was really low and there was no hot water to wash your hands. Other than that a pleasant experience”

“We Celebrated a friends 50th Birthday at the Market Bistro and we were delighted with the whole experience! I had the Chicken Marsala which had just the right amount of richness and the sides were perfectly matched and seasoned. For dessert I had one of the specials, an amazing spin on cheesecake which was by far the best cheesecake I have ever had!! The ambience was fantastic, and it definitely transported me with it's European feel...loved how intimate and welcoming it was! Our Server was so personable, friendly and helpful in making our meal choices. Truly all the Staff were amazing! We met one of the Owners personally, who went out of his way to make our experience memorable and when we walked out the door, all the staff thanked us and wished us well even the cooks behind the counter! Wouldn't hesitate to go back!!”

“We had an amazing evening in our own home with Val and Anthony preparing and serving the barbecue feast and wine pairing. Our 6 course dinner was one of the best ever. The food and wines were delicious and the whole experience was so nice because Val and Anthony explained everything. On top of that they cleaned everything up and put away the leftovers! “This place wasn't very up to par with my fine dining experience to start the butter they gave was olive oil. When I told them it wasn't butter the server told me it was butter and she didn't know what to tell me. . The meals that we ordered were mixed up on our side orders;( . I asked the waitress if bison would go good with lobster and she said that would be a great match. I was a little confused because I didn't think it would and it didn't. The staff are under trained and the price is double of what the keg would be and surprise surprise I find the keg meals much better cooked. The prawns we ordered wete over cooked and tasted like rubber”

“Been here a few times. The location and views are amazing, the deck is perfect. We had great service when there as well. We also enjoyed the beer selection available. The only issue is, it is quite expensive for pub food. We ordered the $35 salmon bowl and it was quite bland, and a burger with 2 beers came to $45!....BUT, we will probably be. back:). Also wasn't a fan of the default 18% /20% tip option.”

“So we visited Canmore the last week in aug 2021 We were lucky enough to book an Airbnb with a kitchen so I took a chance and ordered the family special I did 2 family pasta orders and 1 family lasagna and they were fantastic and a gift This allowed us to enjoy a full day taking in lake Louise or other sites and yet come home to a quick, hearty, delicious meal It’s taken us over a week to eat all the pasta that I ordered for around a hundred dollars If you’re just a middle class family looking to have delicious dinners while saving a few bucks- order the Friday family meal Pickup is a cinch Food is delicious It’s a good alternative to eating out every night- not that there’s anything wrong with that”
