After 5 months of GM.ca bungling of my production order due to color cancellation, plant shut downs, model constraints then cancelling due diesel engine availability, I was frustrated.

In the 2022 depressed production of mid size GM trucks, the Cochrane GM sales team pulled together and found me a diesel to suit my needs. The Sales Manager Jim Findlay searched GM.ca availability in the 4 western provinces to find my truck. The Sales Rep. Lyndon Elliot managed the options, final details and orientation.
