Cochrane Toyota + Tacoma Town

I wanted to leave a note saying how beyond pleased I was with this dealership again, I visited Cochrane Toyota prior for service on my other vehicles and have always been well pleased and taken care of by the service staff. I just took delivery of a 2020 Tundra last week and the experience was spectacular, Mark, Jordan and Mike in sales/ finance went above and beyond to meet all my needs and answer any of my questions. I will not hesitate to recommend Cochrane Toyota to any of my friends/ family / or people I may network with on the road. Great job 5 STARS.

I just bought a 2018 Toyota 4Runner online (sight unseen) from Cochrane Toyota. That might have been a brave move but I felt very comfortable dealing with Brian at Cochrane Toyota. He was so easy to deal with and went above and beyond by being available to answer all of my questions. He was in contact with me many times throughout the buying process. He was very fair and transparent in the negotiation process and has definitely restored my faith in "car salesmen". I love my new 4runner!

On Wednesday I found myself without my much loved 2011 Tacoma and on Friday evening I was rolling with my brand new 2019 Tacoma. Jeff Decter understood my situation and quickly without any nonsense presented a very fair deal in less than 10 minutes and we were done. Thats the way it should be done at every dealership. Everyone at Cochrane Toyota was first class and I'm getting to know the folks in the Parts Department for some accessories. Without hesitation, I have no problem recommending Jeff Decter and Cochrane Toyota.
