Great Team Atmosphere! I have been working at Pro Energy for 5 years, and was hired in the warehouse to assist the parts department. Pro Energy places a high emphasis on personal success and advancement. I was given the opportunity to start my parts technician apprenticeship and have recently completed and received my journeyman red seal ticket. I cannot say enough about how amazing the staff and management are at this company! The owner makes an investment in each employee, and is incredibly hands on when it comes to training and mentoring. The recognition the staff receives as we move up in the company is displayed in the silver, gold and platinum coins that are given at 3, 5 and 10 years.
