(March 8, 2021, 5:48 pm)This building is a piece of Wetaskiwin Alberta's History, many calls it the old court house, located right across the street from the Highschool many students used to hang out socialize play Hackensack here and smoke cigarettes, I have fond memories on the back steps and I usually feel safe here and get that nostalgic feeling whenever I visit the property, several years ago City Council had moved city hall to the old Court house reviving it bringing new life to this historic building and they've done some sweet looking renovations to it, I especially like their beautiful Christmas lights, its so pretty. Ohh and you can go check out the old cannons in the front of the building anytime and pretend you are blowing up traffic, okok I guess I've never outgrown that lol. This building is greater than any Council Wetaskiwin may elect it and it must be preserved long after Council decides to move their rackets elsewhere.
