“Dr. Hendricks is great by far one the best docs I've seen. Assistants not so much as well as the wait time. I called the office 5 times as I needed to speak with someone in regards to some important stuff I had to get done. Booking a walk-in appointment is a struggle. But when I did get one I came in early and was made to wait 1hr before I got in a room and then an extra 30min for the doctor.”

“I’d like to give a big shout out to Wayne with Western Respatory. He has given incredible customer service from start to finish. He was very proactive in getting the best fit for my CPAP mask. I had to test three different masks until we found the one that was the best fit and brought my levels down. He also showed me the proper way to fit the mask to my face and the correct cleaning and care for my equipment. It’s nice to know there are still people who give exceptional customer service and that they really care about you and your issues. “I have been going to Rachel for a couple of years now. She is exceptionally knowledgeable about musculature, anatomy and physiology but balances this with a warm, approachable manner. She listens without judgment about what is likely causing issues and deftly gets right to the spot. Her space in MaMeO is cozy and comfortable. It is at in a house but the space is separate from the main house so it doesn’t feel awkward. There is a flight of stairs, so that might be an issue for people with limited mobility. My favourite thing about Rachel is that she does all the asking and explaining before and after the massage and then just lets you relax during the massage without chatting. She is absolutely lovely and I recommend her without reservation.”
