“Contacted Clark while he was on holidays and he responded right away and set up an appointment. We have a new shower in our home (basement) that had not been used and when we tried it, it leaked into our next room. A competitor said they repaired it but when we tried it again, it still leaked. They were rude to deal with and offered no solution. Clark came over, diagnosed the problem with a solution other than tearing it all out which we were prepared to do. It was a challenging repair but Clark did a great job installing a new drain and clean out in a tough location. Fantastic job and really top end work!
