He was quite busy and never got back to me when I needed some parts. A call back would have been nice or a heads up that he was too busy to help me. Ended up elsewhere.

Superb service! Got our trailer done in a timely manner even when we told him we ended up needed it sooner! Great guy, your typical small town fixer we were hoping for! Will defiantly be coming back

I am stunned by a level of service that is, sadly, a lost art.

First off, he sayed they were busy but still managed timely service. As in, they started work on it the same day they opened.

Daily updates.....amazing. Letting me know what is going on, searching for parts instead of replacing systems, getting authorization for work that was found.

I felt good about bringing my RV here because both the cab and tow truck driver recommended them but I wasn’t expecting it to be this good.

I’ve been so disappointed with stores lately that seem like they don’t care, Ben’s is a huge breath of fresh air.
