“All the staff we encountered were very friendly. The front desk staff was helpful and professional. They picked a great room that accommodated a family of 5 plus a super cute pooch. The rooms are very nice, well kept and clean. The pool was also very clean and fun! The food was excellent, very tasty, and the chef was very accommodating to our special dietary needs. The overall experience was great! We would definitely stay here again.”

“Nyback RV serviceman Ron responded to fix my hot water tank. He was very professional & knowledgeable explaining exactly what he was doing so I would understand. The only issue I have is when I called for service, I explained the issue and what was wrong with my hot water tank. I explained the electric side had been out for some time and the problem now was the burner wasn’t getting any gas. She advised Ron would be out on Thursday to look after the problem AND that she would have him bring parts with them. Ron checked my tank and came up with exactly what I had however he didn’t have the part. He would be back on Friday with the parts. On Friday he did fix the gas problem by replacing the gas valve, however he didn’t have an element for the electrical side. He would be back the next Thursday (the day the always are at Silvercreek) to replace the element. The issue is that he had to come back three times to do what should have been done on the first visit in about an hour. So instead of one charge I had three different labour charges. The good news is now we have hot water.”

“I suffered a hit and run where my car was pushed up on a sidewalk, and afterward developed a rattle at highway speed (I thought the alignment was messed up). Brought it to D O More and they did a top to bottom inspection, finding the rattle was due to ice building up on the inside of one my rims. They charged only for the inspection and new headlight bulb. Lots of opportunity for them to have run me for more money if they were less convicted.”
