Mark is spot on when it comes to professionalism and business ethics. I have purchased headlights and fog lights for 2 different vehicles from him. He knew exactly what I needed for each and didn’t try to sell me extras just to make money. One fog light recently stopped working. When I contacted him, no issues at all a couple pics showing I destroyed them and He is sending a replacement right away. His customer service is on par. Very professional in how he handles warranties, complaints, etc. I recommend anyone who wants a great quality product and excellent service to give cold rock accessories a try. Did I mention his lights are the brightest around? Excellent vision in low light or dark conditions. All around a great company.

Bought a set of Icelitez LED headlights and they are probably the best headlights I have ever had, all I will run in my vehicles going forwards. I am very impressed with the quality and service would highly recommend it to anybody.

Got a complex lighting system in a older German vehicle. He advised me he would be able to change it for me in the city we ran into some issues that he needed his shop for which I believed to be a inconvenience coming the next day. But I came over the next morning he came good on his word fixed it with 2 sets of hands on deck and gave me a great discount for my troubles 100 recommend will be coming back for anything.

Excellent service, great quality products! I have a light bar from Mark, that I bought 4 years ago that we installed on one of our Ford F-150 service trucks, the light is still bright with no cracks or moisture. It’s definitely held the test of time (so far!). I’m glad I installed another light bar on two of our new dodge trucks!
