(February 8, 2020, 11:58 pm)Called them and they had someone come by 2 hours later. They fixed our furnace issues and were gone in 45 minutes tops. But they still charged for a full hour. But that is to be expected with after hours service calls. Wouldn't hesitate to hire them again.
(January 20, 2020, 11:50 pm)Called Klug’s because furnace pilot would not light. Tina had a service rep (Chester) at my door within 3hr and furnace working again within the hour. Recommend without hesitation, great experience with knowledgeable and friendly service.
