“Well i think i had one of the best hardware store experiences today. I was looking for a plumbing fitting and i dont usually take the help when asked by an employee. Today i took the help and the employee knew exactly what i was looking for and where it was. I was totally impressed because it wasnt a typical fitting. The other few things i needed he also brought me to the item locations right away. So to the fella working in the hardware section at noon today, hats off to you and thanks for the help. I would give 6 stars if i could! I feel like i was in a time warp from 30 years ago when employees knew the store and truly cared about customers.”
