“I bought some quarter round I didn't end up using. I returned it easily, but after leaving realized the staff member hadn't measured correctly and my refund was a couple dollars short. It wasn't worth my time or gas to return, but upon doing the store survey (and suggesting the returns process involve better communication with customers for these kinds of materials) I was contacted by an assistant manager and the discrepancy was corrected without even needing to go in. Great customer service. That's how businesses should act; take responsibility, apologize, and offer a remedy. I will gladly continue to shop at this location.”
