(October 12, 2018, 8:00 am)Customer service here is almost non-existent. Expect to spend 10-15 minutes in line even if everyone else is being helped. There are some high value finds, but the mark-downs are significantly less than what I’ve seen at other outlets, and there’s a lot of damaged product. There’s even a big sign at the till telling employees to put products with broken zippers back onto the sales floor! If you want to find a matching suit, prepare to scour racks of clothing on opposite ends of the store for the two pieces, which will be organized in what seems to be a completely random fashion. The online store is a lot better organized and seems to have better prices as well, so it’s unlikely I’ll be shopping at this location in the future.
(March 5, 2018, 8:03 pm)I found the LE CHATEAU outlet much cheaper than the Regular Le Chateau stores. You can find descent deals on tops, pants Dresses and other cool things like fashion belts and jewelry. LE CHATEAU I find that the clothing can fit very small if you order a regular size I find I usually have to go one size bigger and I'm a small lady. They take debit cards, credit cards and cash. The retail sales agents are pretty friendly.
