The staff were friendly enough although no one asked me if they could start a fitting room which made for a difficult shopping experience because most of their racks are crammed so tight, you almost need three arms to get through anything so having to hold the things I wanted to try on while making my way through a very poor set up to say the least frustrated me and I ended up just leaving.”

“It was my best shopping experience so far during the Covid-19 pandemic. Right by the entrance, there was a sink and customers were able to wash their hands. Everyone before entering the store was encouraged to wear a mask (before they have become mandatory). The staff sanitized benches frequently so it was safe to sit down. I didn't even have to touch the door upon my leaving since the staff opened it for me. Thank you Kunitz Team.”

There are employees available when needed to answer questions. The prices are okay to somewhat expensive. I like the layout of the store. I don’t really have much to say about it as it doesn’t really move me one way or the other. I’m sure I will be back at some point as the store is fine.”

I bought 5 pieces (3 tops and 2 pants for less than what I'd spend on one pair of jeans), the saleslady was super helpful, putting my choices as I shopped into the dressing room for me. Large dressing room with large pull-across curtains make changing in and out of clothes a breeze. They also have a loyalty card for return customers. By far my favourite consignment shop in Edmonton!”

“I have been going to this shoe place for years. His ability to repair my favourite shoes the leather heals were pealing and he made them like knew. Another time I had a Michael Kors bag that needed leather straps . One other time I needed a zipper put in a boot, it wasn’t a plain zipper it came across the front and it was perfect once he repaired it I love his work and highly recommend him. can do basic repairs and also one of a kind work”

“I already like Red Wing boots, so I decided to check out options for an insulated pair for the winter. The staff was friendly and helpful. They made sure I got to try all the different options. In the end I was able to pick a pair that left room for winter socks had some insulation and felt most comfortable. I opted to get the tuff toe and paid for them to apply it in store. Well worth the extra 10$ they did a great job and saved me the hassle.”
