I live here and the staff and personable. Rents reasonable and the HR suites are fantastic and quiet.

We moved in back in Nov 2018 parking was an issue being over charged for again now in 2019. Any way yesterday our bbq and propane tank was stolen right out of our back yard. Plus the night before some random junkie tried to lift my wifes friends purse. Lucky I was there to stop him. Yes he was Native.. Anyway they need to fence off the town houses from the main street and between the units in order to stop the foot traffic / Random people just standing out side your door. Oh and we had a package stolen the week before so there was that. Well my verdict is don't leave stuff out side if u live here and double check your mail.
