Morningside Estates

Love to live this place. The management team and all the staffs of the estates were very good. Their service was really very very fast and good. Once my unit was flooded with kitchen sink water and when my neighbour called the emergecny they jst come to my unit within an hour, dried my kitchen and fixed the sink. We moved toronto so we need to leave this good place. Thank u so much morningside estates for being so caring to ur tenants.

I have been a tenant here for 2 years and have just renewed my lease for another year. The office staff are incredible and so very kind. They take good care of us here and I am beyond happy. I can't speak for other boardwalk apartments but morningside is amazing.

I greatly enjoyed my time here. Office staff are friendly and easy to deal with and maintenance issues were always addressed immediately. Units are well maintained in general. Area is safe and quiet as well, would recommend this place to anyone, was a great first apartment by myself!

If you’re looking for a safe, quiet place to live, this is the place for you. I’ve lived here for almost a year and I will most definitely be choosing to renew for another year. The staff is phenomenal and always there to help. Maintenance is very timely and my requests are completed right away. On top of that, the landscapers and cleaners keep the property looking it’s best. The office staff are amazing too, always greeting customers and really giving you a welcoming experience. Couldn’t think of a better place to live!

This is an amazing place to live, anytime I have needed maintenance they have addressed it immediately, the office staff are soooooooo friendly and immediately address issues as well. Units are very well maintained and the maintenance staff are very on top of making sure our sidewalks are cleared and our halls are clean. Incentives and parking brought me here but the staff and the people have kept me here. I have and will keep recommending this location to my friends and family. Everything is amazing, I love it here. xoxo
