F45 Training Hollick-Kenyon

This place is amazing! ?
The workouts are great, the people are amazing and super supportive. I am not a skinny girl, I am big and have curves and they are always pushing me in the most positive way to go further. I never feel self conscious, no judgment all positive vibes.

I have tried different workouts, and I am amazed how much I enjoyed this gym! The owner is very humble and has great customer service. He is always there which shows how much he cares about his business, and that is hard to find anywhere else. The trainers are so friendly, very motivating, and correct me when I am doing something wrong. This gym has an amazing positive energy! Today we did a great workout with a live DJ who played awesome music! I already signed up for a yearly membership.

What an amazing group of people! The workout was a blast and I got a good sweat on even though I have a couple of injuries. The trainers were really good about showing me other exercises that I can do which I was worried about before joining.
Everyone should give F45 a try, you won’t regret it.

I was a little nervous to go in and try F45 especially after being out of the gym for a while. When I called to inquire, the owner answered (that's right, the owner),walked me though everything and gave me a free trial! Well, I just finished my first class at the F45 Hollick-Kenyon location and I've got to share how great this gym is! The staff were very helpful, making sure I had all the right equipment, and ensuring I was doing the moves correctly. The atmosphere was fun with great music, and I can't say enough about how much I loved the workout! Highly recommended!
