Chris was great. He was able to arrange an appointment quickly. Made the whole process of having sewer line televised easy and explained everything in layman's term when i asked questions.
Of all the services I phoned, CSL Sewer Cleaner was the fastest to respond and the lowest quote. Chris knows exactly what he's doing. He did the job fast, efficient, mess free.
Thank you! Great customer service! Awesome prices and did a great job!
would highly recommend!
Thanks Chris!
We had a toilet that decided to back up. We live on the lower level of a 3 story - so one of the 2 above us must have been the one to flush, and the reason in came into our toilet was that the whole thing was blocked further down the line. Anyway, with the poo-stink water surging out of our toilet and us running around trying to throw down towels and whatever to soak up all the nice toilet juice that was flowing out (it is a real heart-stopping experience to see something wrong and running the opposite way.....especially when the thing going the wrong way is whatever your neighbor above you just flushed)
Enough about that.
After we had contained the spill, we were on the phone and picked this guy at random (to be honest)
He arrived within half an hour and had the super-snake thing going and sorted out the blockage.
The toilet returned to its original direction of flushing and all is well.
I am not saying that he will magically restore your pluming problems to normal, but he did for us.
Cheers!
Chris is very knowledgeable and prompt and got our old house's sewer and drain lines all nicely cleaned out and functional again. While working on that he discovered that our house sewer line was broken (no surprise in a 60+ year old house) and gave us very useful advice about finding a contractor to dig up and replace that line. He also checked back in with us a week or so later to make sure our drains were still working well, and that we had found a way to proceed with the repairs. (We ended up going with the contractor he recommended, since they also impressed us with their knowledge and professional attitude).
