Nano's plumbing & heating LTD

My wife and I were looking for an honest and reasonably priced plumber and now we can say we have found one. We had a few things to get done at our home and Nader and Junior took care of it promptly and in a professional and friendly manner. We will definitely call on Nano's Plumbing for any future needs.

I was pleased. Quick service and they stuck around to ensure that the plugged laundry drain was fully fixed. I wish I called them first (instead I spent 5 hours trying to fix the plug myself...). I found them on the North Side Hub Facebook group!

I have been using Nano's plumbing for the last couple of months as I have had numerous plumbing issues that required their services. On each occasion they have responded very quickly and fixed my problem right away. Recently, I hired them to install a soft water tank. This machine is amazing it's a lot smaller and more compact than I imagined as I didn't have a lot of space to begin with. Junior and Nader came out within one day of me contacting them and had this installed in a matter of a few hours. They provided me with instruction on how to maintain my new tank, but note the one I purchased does not require much for maintenance other than adding salt as required. I am so very happy with my new soft water tank as I had no idea how hard our Edmonton water was until this was installed. I noticed results immediately and I highly recommend to anyone that is looking for plumbing services to call them as I would not hesitate to contact them for any future plumbing services I require and expect to be contacting them for years to come.

We are delinquent in writing this review but had Nano's replace a faucet at our house in February. The project was challenging as we have a triple sink and faucets that fit are few. Junior was very helpful, directing us to a plumbing supply store in Edmonton (Frontier Supply). At first, I was concerned about using a referred supplier as one can never be sure whether the price charged would be fair. However, not only was the supplier very professional and helpful, but the price that I paid for the faucet, was Nano's price. There was no mark-up. When Junior arrived (on time and on schedule), we discovered that not only was the faucet bad, but all of the plumbing underneath the sink had to be replaced as it was old and brittle. He undertook that task without hesitation. Furthermore, he allowed us to take advantage of the fact the plumbing was off, to cut and put in place a new base for the cabinet, thereby repairing the damage that had happened from the leak. His willingness to wait for us to do a complete repair of the cabinet was unexpected and greatly appreciated. I would have no hesitation in referring Nanos for all of your plumbing needs, big or small. We selected them because of the reviews online, which sometimes can be suspect. In this instance the reviews posted were the real deal.
