“Crystal (the manager I believe), is amazing. She is so sweet, helpful, and accommodating. You can tell she has so much passion and works very hard to ensure everyone is taken care of. Some things I highly recommend as I can see on the Google reviews and what other people have been saying is this: If you are not going to be available (closed for lunch on certain times, gone on vacation, closed for renovations etc.). You need to leave it on the voicemail and/or post on social media (create a Facebook or Instagram page), where people can look and see if you are open. Your hours on Google say they are and then when I call, it always says you are closed but never a reason why. People aren't going to drive to your clinic to find out why you are not picking up the phone (if you are putting a note on the door). That is the main concern I have and will be talking to you guys in the future about a couple other things that have made it very difficult for me to schedule or communicate with the office. I know we are all human and are not perfect but I think it's important to talk about these things so we can improve and adapt to the changing times. Thank you for everything you guys have been able to do so far!”
