Nice place to learn to box. There are two to three coaches there to help you learn to box. Coaches are very knowledgeable and have been doing it for a long time. They have loaner gear if you don't have your own stuff. I'd at least get your own hand wraps. It's bit small but it's not too busy so you can get your work in. Pay monthly membership. This isn't a fitness, mma, kickboxing or workout place, this is a boxing club; I've seen people come in asking these questions. They accept all skill levels and will work with you to train to fight as an amateur if you want.
