Orion and staff are fantastic. I spent time with Orion while shopping for flooring, I am quite picky when it comes to colour tones, he is very good with colour. When I got home my husband told me he wanted something different in the basement than the colour we were installing on the main floor. We live out of town and was not able to make it in immediately. I trusted Orion's colour choice for us over the phone and was not disappointed. Our home looks great....if I was able to post pictures I would.

The staff are very knowledgeable about the products they sell. Friendly, welcoming and supportive. We didn't feel pressured or obliged to purchase. We ordered engineered hardwood earlier this year- they worked with us and explained the warranties, helped compare products and suppliers to finally source product that worked for us. Allowing us to take samples home for extended periods certainly helped. They have also sourced larger samples direct from manufacturers to help us narrow down our choices for vinyl flooring.

Berry was informative and helpful. The interaction was laid back ( I tend to find sales reps pushy ) and easy going. There was a mass selection and I felt a little over whelmed at first but I explained what I wanted and my budget and ended up with great flooring and backsplash for less than what I thought I would pay. I will be back for my next home hands down.
