With short notice and an out-of-town work trip requiring a drive to Calgary, Freddy and the crew at Tirecraft were a Godsend. I ended up with a flat tire the night before needing to drive to Calgary and, after putting. temp tire on, I dropped my kids off at school the next morning and went to Tirecraft in hopes of a repair without an appointment. They were extremely helpful and courteous and I was on the QE2 before 10 am. A HUGE thank you to all involved and I'd highly recommend this crew to anyone.
Alec has repeatedly been very accommodating of getting my vehicle in short notice. I’ve been using this location for a couple years now and they have twice found defects in my vehicles and coached me through getting the warranty claims fixed by Toyota. While they have the upfront look and pricing of a premium shop, they have definitely saved me from massive bills on my vehicles by helping me find these major issues before my warranty expired.
Looking back at my bills they always seem to come out ahead compared to work I was getting done at the dealership and I have never once felt like their team was coming up with sales focused add on work.
I have since started bringing them an older car that has needed more attention and repair. They are accurate and fair with their quotes and repeatedly returned my car on time.
An absolutely great team of people to use and trust.
Tirecraft Ellerslie provides all around, top notch customer service - professional, courteous and honest. The staff is always willing to go above and beyond. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for a reliable place to bring your vehicle.
Overall I had and always do have a positive experience with this location and the service. However I recently brought my vehicle in for a rubber swap as I do seasonally. The front end staff is and always has been amazing and consistent I think I've seen the same 3 guys working there for as long as I've been bringing my vehicles here at least 3yrs. However as I could see the teenager working on my car had almost finished up he was struggling to get the tire in the back seat this continued for at least 30-45sec, instead of moving the front seat forward he just forced it in. I did mention it to the guy working up front and he immediately went to say something but at this point the tire was already forced in. Luckily there was no damage to my leather just some dirt and scuff marks that did rub off. I think if nothing else the kids working in the back should be aware that there are expensive vehicles that they are working on so maybe treat them as such.... I won't be returning to this location because I just do not trust the kids working in the back.
