The team is honest and have never told me I need something I don't need. This week my car started clunking and I was headed to Jasper so I needed work right away so they took me in and in the same day gave me an oil change, an inspection and luckily had my part, did the work and had my car back in the same day with a great price. “Lincoln and his team are great people, I bring all my vehicles here for tires. They seem to have a great value for dollar here with respect to tires and their quality. This OK Tire is a full out mechanical shop as well. I am currently thinking about switching mechanics and having this shop do the mechanical work and maintain my personal and fleet of pickups and cube vans. They have the capacity in there shop for larger vehicles. If you have a cube van, you know its difficult to find a good mechanic shop with reasonable rates.”

“They are great. They take the time to explain the repairs which I like since I know a bit about cars. Have tried some other repair places, but I think that they are now my favourite since Punch Buggy off of Whyte changed hands. I feel I can trust them. Don't waste your time and money with a dealership. Westside is better. In reference to previous post, I have had them do minor things like replace a light bulb without my consent. So easy to replace myself, I will not pay for that! They relented and just charged for the bulb. Didn't have to fight for it. Just said no way. Some may like that though. They are busy, but generally handle the volume well. Sometimes it is hard to reach them. Possibly because they spend time with people when you pick up the car.”
