Never in my life have I experienced such professional, kind people who promptly address whatever banking needs I have. So glad I left TD! Always answer phone calls and know my child’s name even. You guys are great!

I came in today to do a deposit into an account for my rent (I don't actually bank with RBC). I was immediately helped by the first person at the front and everything went well.

Upon leaving, I slipped on the untouched snow and ice and barely maintained my composure. After ordering some food at Dairy Queen and noticing their sidewalk had been cleaned, I returned to Royal Bank and as I entered, the manager was coming out of her office and greeted me. Identifying her as the manager, I let her know how treacherous the sidewalk outside was and my near fall. Genuinely concerned, she asked if I was okay and I said, yeah, I'm fine. She told me that the bank had just opened and they didn't have any shovels or sand on hand.

I suggested asking next door as they seemed to handle it okay (and I figured businesses next to one another should be neighbourly and help one another in cases like this too). She immediately took me up on my suggestion and went and asked Dairy Queen to borrow their shovel in order to resolve the unsafe situation right away. After I left Dairy Queen with my food, I noticed that they were clearing the sidewalk outside their door.

I would just like to say well done on handling this situation straight away without delay. The manager was very genuine and cared for my safety (and that of her clients) and my concern. Well done!

Is my bank . I love ... open sooner

This is going to be great. Banks are coming to this area. Much needed improvement.

Construction hasn't started so hoping service would be great eventually.
