“Had issues with them in the begging they held my new account because i didn't have a health care card despite the fact that i provided them with a credit card and drivers licence at the time for ID and they would not accept it took me weeks to get access to money that was mine they literally locked my account until i could provide my health care card which i had to wait for to get in the mail was not very happy at the time haven't had any issues since that was cleared up and hopefully wont in the future They should really specify on the ID thing i provided them with 2 legit Canadian credit cards with my name on both plus my drivers licence and that was not good enough had a couple hundred dollars in my account that they completely refused me access to until i could provide my health care card as identification”
