“I've been going to Time to Care since I was knee high to a grasshopper, more regularly in the last 4 years for preventative maintenance services (cleaning / general maintenance). The service is fantastic! Easy payment processing with direct billing options for insurance, appointment reminders by phone call or by text, prebooking appointments to suit my schedule and the service recommendations are thoroughly explained prior to completion. Estimates for larger work are submitted for insurance authorization prior to repair so you know what the cost difference will be prior to service. I had exceptionally difficult upper wisdom teeth removed at the beginning of this year and the whole Time to Care team made the experience calm and comfortable (as much as teeth pulling can be haha!). They followed up the next day to see how things were going and I've had no issues since. They truly do take the "Time to Care" =)”
