Lauren effortlessly balances being professional and providing a high level of service, while remaining incredibly warm and inviting - she has a wonderful personality and was able to make me feel comfortable from the get go (which is SUPER important when you're getting a Brazilian!). Lauren definitely has a high standard of service, which is evident with the time and care she takes - though in my experience, my appointments always fly by because we are chatting and laughing the whole time.
