“I was in on Sunday to buy jeans after going to buy a dress at Le Chateau. First steps in the door carrying the dress bag and the girls on staff all asked me about the dress I had bought. They were so helpful and lovely and just really genuinely welcoming and friendly. I pretty consistently go to Garage as my first choice when looking for jeans and don't want to spend an arm and a leg, but honestly, the staff just made my day. The selection on jeans is pretty poor right now, so I'm hoping that changes in the fall, but I was still able to buy what I needed and I will definitely be back when the seasonal selection changes.”

“My boyfriend was at the store in South Common. When he came in the store was empty and the 3 ladies that were working that day didn't even acknowledge him whatsoever. They were too busy talking. One lady eventually left the store and it took over 10 minutes for another one to come help him. He was looking for a specific shirt to match the other groomsmen from the wedding party but was told they didn't carry his size (XL) without even looking at their store inventory. He asked them to check any stores on the south side as we live close by and my boyfriend was told there weren't any shirts left in his size except for the store at the Londonderry mall which is a 45 minutes drive. He drove all the way to the north side. The gentleman over there was so helpful and was able to find the shirt he was looking for right away. He even looked into the computer inventory and told my boyfriend that the shirt was in stock at the South Common location as well as the Southgate store. He purchased the shirt on the North side but was furious of the service received (or in this case, did not receive) over at the South Common location. The Londonderry location is by far the best i've visited in terms of stock and customer service! Will go back again :)”
