I've been seeing RMT Mihaela for various overworked muscles since October. I love coming to see her at the Terwilliger location on Wednesday evenings (hello afterwork hours!). She is an amazing massage therapist and is incredibly knowledgable. Every weird stretched out muscle issue I've ever seen her for, she's educated me about what muscles I'm agitating, provided stretches to help prevent further weirdness, and worked the muscle area so that I leave my 1 hour appointment with my main concern addressed. She's empathetic and gentle but like...also not afraid to seriously work into the muscle if requested. If you're looking for a client centred and helpful RMT, Mihaela is your person!

I've gone to rejuvenation for several kinds of services including massage and physio therapy. They are always helpful and timely. I am especially pleased with the results of physio on my jaw. I didn't know that it was possible to use physio and massage to help jaw pain, clicking, and locking. It's been over a couple of years since the last treatment, but the work Faith and her team did on my jaw has still paid off in reduced pain and discomfort. I am so grateful for the lasting effects.

I went to see Faith because back issues were preventing me from moving or exercising comfortably. After several sessions, I was restored to health, and I knew what was causing my issues - corrected them, and the pain has not returned. Comfortably ran a half marathon a couple of weeks ago in the mountains of BC with no problems.

Very professional and comprehensive care focused on Physiotherapy, massage and similar related disciplines. The staff truly care about making you pain free, and they achieve that with their treatment and education plans as well as access to products you may need to achieve those goals. I highly recommend Faith and Grant if you have any physiotherapy or massage needs, and want to live a pain free life.

Great customer service, very quick booking and very small waiting time. Dr. Hercules Grant is brilliant and diagnosed my nerve issues weeks prior to the doctors figuring it out. Frederic is also very educated and a well rounded massage therapist. You absolutely get what you pay for here. You’ll most likely receive different types of healing services in one hour to meet your needs. When I walk out of this clinic I’m hopeful that I’ll have my body strength again and my pain goes from a 6 to a 3. I recommend it to everyone!!
