The girls working the front are so helpful, its my first time owning a dog, and they take all my silly questions over the phone, and genuinely have my dogs health as thier priority

Dr. Joel Torkelson was very helpful and informative. He doesn’t just provide solutions, he states the reasoning and justifications for those solutions and a detailed explanation on possible causes for whatever illness your pet may have.

The front staff were very friendly and helpful with the pet insurance process, and sent the claims themselves.

It was refreshing to find a vet clinic where money was not the priority, and helped lower costs when they could - which is truly rare in this industry.
