This pet hospital has a very professional and efficient team dealing with all kinds of critter emergencies. They are open 24 hours per day. For emergencies like porcupines or sudden diabetic attacks they get right on the issue. For the second time in three years, I had to have a pet put down. It’s a horrible experience, but every person working at Guardian is incredibly supportive, kind, caring and very gentle. They all know the pet’s name and show they care. When the time comes, the vet takes her time and is incredibly gentle and explains each step, yes, there is business to take care of but they do that just as kindly. And there are boxes of tissues at hand because you will need them. Thanks to everyone on staff at Guardian.
These individuals here are absolute saints and very professional. Even working with a triage system they were able prioritize my boy Diego and ensure he got the care and treatment required. He's now doing amazing and back to his old self rolling around in catnip and cat napping in the sun! Thank you so much!
I know it's expensive but I feel you get what you paid for. This place help me more than once, with more than one animal. 3 different to be exact. During their lives and at the extremely difficult time that I went though at all 3's passings. They helped me with all 3 to go over the rainbow bridge lovely and compassionately...
I would recommend...
R.I.P. Elray.
Everyone was so compassionate and sincere, it was overwhelmingly positive. The empathy was remarkable. Best place to encounter the death of a loved animal.
I would just like to say to the people that complain about prices, when it comes down to losing a loved pet, would you also complain how much it costs if and when you lose a loved human?
I have paid for both pets and human deaths, And yes it can be pricey, but in the end it is your decision to do what is right for your loved ones.
