The tech (Matt, Service Mngr) was patient, knowledgeable and very proficient at installing our new thermostat. We were impressed with his work habits (precise, cleaned up, etc.). Would recommend this company for any heating or cooling needs.

(January 24, 2019, 1:17 am)Hot water tank cratered yesterday at 4:15pm, called Otto Heating and arangements made for them to come today at 9:30am. They showed up, removed and replaced our unit without any hitches. Very nice people to deal with. Really good experience. Would recommend any time.

Their knowledgeable staff met with us and listened to our concerns so as ensure the right system was installed to meet our needs and expectations. We decided to get upgrade units as they were reasonably priced. Then came install day. The team they sent out were friendly, courteous and meticulous. They took great care so as not to damage anything in our home. The install lines and protrusions into our home were neatly done. When they left, the site was cleaned 100%. Then at the end of the day their manager came to check and tweak the system to ensure everything was done properly. We are thrilled with our new system. The A/C is a beautiful feature of our home. We are grateful for the work done by Team OTTO. Thank you very much. If you are even thinking about A/C or changing your current heating system be sure to call the group at Otto Heating and Cooling!!!
