  I had Jason come in and fix our dishwasher this morning. He was on time, knowledgeable and efficient. He found and fixed the problem very quickly. His prices seem reasonable and he's willing to help the customer to save money. If you are in need of an appliance repair man, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jason.

  Jason was able to come to our home same day as contacted.He arrived as scheduled. Jason trouble-shot a somewhat tricky non cooling Samsung fridge issue. He was able to diagnose and solve the problem (at least temporarily as a piece of the door/hinge mechanism is broken). He adjusted the magnets which act as door sensors, that talk to the board, telling it to turn on the fan, close the vent and cool.This was explained in detail and we know that we have to make sure the left door is pushed extra tightly closed to make contact. The only permanent fix is to order a new door as the broken hinge piece is part of the door, not the hinge.I would recommend Jay Will- Jason and would use him for future appliance headaches.

  Jason of Jay Will appliances was awesome. Not only did he repair my fridge but he also cleaned, inside and underneath it too. He then asked about my dishwasher and if I was having any problems, I described an issue, he checked it out and determined that even though the machine was 10 years old, it qualified for a recall upgrade and he has already ordered the parts. My fronts door was sticking, and on his way out, hey - let me fix that for you! Amazing - who provides that kind of service these days! Friendly and personable, knows his business! I would not hesitate to recommend Jason and Jay Will Appliances to anyone or any business, property management companies included.

  Dec. 22...our dryer was out of commission, until Jason arrived. He was professional, fast and very good. He even offered some maintenance tips. We dealt with Sarah on the phone and she was exceptional too, polite, friendly and very helpful. Getting to us before Christmas was service extraordinaire. Jason will be our appliance guy going forward, no doubts. Recommend him? Absolutely! Thank you Jason & Sarah. Don & Shelley Walsh
