“Amazing yoga studio!! Everyone is so warm and friendly. The atmosphere is uplifting. The place is very clean and welcoming. There is a tea bar that is very calming which can be enjoyed before or after class. The change rooms have lockers, showers and much more. The yoga teacher offered a cold hand towel during savasana to drape over my eyes which was the perfect way to end my practice. I cannot wait to go back and try more classes. “This is both the clinic I use for walk ins if I need to see a doctor ASAP, and for my regular visits with my GP Dr. Lana Stromberg, who is absolutely fantastic. Overall I've never had a dissatisfying experience. Today I was first one at the door when they opened at 7 and was seen by 7:45, out by 7:55. Sure a few people went ahead of me but I'm sure they use some sort of triage system. Dr. Maheshwari took just enough time to make sure he was being thorough while respecting others who were waiting. He asked good questions and confirmed I was comfortable with the course of treatment. He was personable and professional.”

“Had very amazing staff, and I had a great experience with Nancy!! I’ve never felt so relieved, she’s helped me get back out to doing thing’s I truly love doing. I was going from one physiotherapist to the next and couldn’t find one’s that truly helped. Then I was told to check out this place and give it one more try, and I’m glad I did!!!
