(March 7, 2019, 6:48 pm)Love this bank. In 5 years, I think I stood in line for maybe 5 minutes once. The staff are great, they work with you. They will even send out your bank statements for free not like other banks. I found out yesterday they don't charge a yearly fee for your Mastercard like other Mastercards do. The only thing I don't like is their telephone banking system, that is confusing. They will be my bank forever.

(April 26, 2018, 2:17 am)I met Rick Hensel within a BNI Business Force chapter meeting. He was very approachable and only wanted the best interest for me. Although I had a previous policy with a different institution I am glad I took him up on his offer for a second opinion. He sat down with me and paid 100% attention to my current and future needs.
I was able to look at options that would be financially sound for my present day monetary commitments. I appreciated options so that I could make a decision without any stress. I was able to get a policy for both myself and my daughter to give me a piece of mind in the event of an emergency.
I encourage everyone to give Rick Hensel the opportunity to have that second look (providing you have a current policy) or be educated should it be your first attempt of initiating a Life insurance and critical illness policy.
