This location is fantastic and sukhpal is one of the most friendly workers I’ve encountered at a bank, he helped me open up a new account and was very friendly and helpful and taught me a lot of new things I wasn’t aware of.

Branch had internal issue with phone messages. Branch manager contacted me to apologize ended up answering some very good questions for me. I really appreciate it.

I have been a BMO customer for years. Lately one rarely goes into a branch office. Yesterday a trip to the branch was unavoidable as I had a number of unusual things to accomplish that could not be accomplished over the web or over the phone.. The service I received was exemplary. As the issues were both unusual and complex I had assistance from 3 different staff members. All were knowledgeable and most importantly were not shy to ask for assistance when unsure. My tasks took some time to accomplish and never did I feel that I was occupying too much time or delaying them from other things. The visit was pleasant, rewarding and a learning experience for everyone involved.
I have no hesitation in recommending this branch to anyone.
