I met with Dan, after a discovering my condo needed to be fully restored (after some flooding) Dan was patient, kind and very knowledgeable. He spent a lot of his time explaining the process and walking me through the repairs. During the gutting of the condo, the refrigerator was damaged. Dan replaced the fridge for zero cost ! I highly recommend Amsteam. This is a very professional & trustworthy company with integrity !!

The service I received was professional and courteous. AmSteam was able to fit me in last minute at the end of the month move out. The technician was on time and was diligent on removing some tough pet stains that I had. He was respectful and professional and took the time to explain about the stains.
