“Doing the right thing is important. The advertised price for a car wash was $12.99, however, inside, I was charged $13.99. The price outside was not changed to reflect this change. After bringing this to their attention, the clerk called his manager who agreed that I should be refunded a dollar. It may not seem like much, but this small gesture reflects very positively on this gas station. Well done.”
