She was especially kind to my very chatty five year old! When Neil came to discuss the assessment and estimate, he was very clear and specific and answered any questions that I had. I really felt like he was working for my best interests. It turned out that we needed to leave the car there, so Christina arranged a rental for us. My daughter had told her that red is her favourite colour, so Christina went out of her way to organize a red rental SUV for us.
