I've been with John and Delena since my first car which was about 8 years ago. They have been so helpful, courteous, and accurate in their services. I would highly recommend them for your car problems as they are honest, fair and reasonable.
Heard about this place from AMA and read the positive reviews online. I brought my car here for an Out of Province inspection, after being VERY unhappy with the service I received at Canadian Tire. The staff here were very knowledgeable and trustworthy, and the prices were excellent. My car passed the inspection as I anticipated, and they even caught a belt that needed to be replaced. I asked to see the belt and sure enough, it was in need of replacing. The prices were excellent, the inspection, parts, and labour cost the same as an inspection alone at CT.
I really appreciate the team taking the time to explain the process to me, and not ripping me off on work that didn't need to be done.
I will be returning in the future when needed.
For years I have been looking for a decent, trust-able and reasonable auto mechanical shop till I found Canturst Auto. I had been there a few times to get my old school mini van checked and fixed, every time I went there, they would give me a sound report for the problem and solutions with prices in advance, which were always reasonable, then got job done fast and right. The impression I have with them is they know what they are doing, they won't charge you for unnecessary or unrelated work, and their price is fair and reasonable. Don't wait, just go there and get your vehicles fixed, you won't be disappointed.
John and Lena, the owners, are wonderful people. I am always told and shown what needs to be repaired and why. They are always honest about what NEEDS to be fixed and what can wait being sensitive to our budget. They use quality parts and try to get the best price for their customers. I highly recommend making them your regular mechanics!
