(February 17, 2019, 3:36 am)When the 1st replacement windshield did not seal correctly (manufacturing defect) they promptly changed out the windshield with a different manufacturers windshield, for no extra charge!
The staff treated me very well during this whole process, they’re professional, friendly, knowledgeable and honest to deal with.

(December 16, 2018, 11:09 pm)Someone smashed in my rear window. I called the dealership and they were going to charge 3 times what crystal glass did and couldn't get it fixed for 4-6 weeks. I called here and was in the next day and it was repaired beautifully. I even got asked if I have an AMA card for a discount. Great service, great repair, and great customer service. Will keep it as my only go to for windows... Thanks Laurie.
(November 27, 2018, 5:56 pm)I was visiting family in Edmonton from overseas and had been on the hunt for a particular type of textured glass for a photo assignment that I was unable to find in small tiles in France, where I live. After spending many days searching for the glass and finding that it could only be accessed through special order, my sister and I finally found a salvaged piece at Habitat for Humanity in the city. Unfortunately the piece was huge and we had to get it cut down for my uses. We ended up dropping into this Crystal Auto Glass location where we met a very sweet and helpful representative named Jeff who advised us that since our glass had been tempered we would be unable to cut it. "Balls", I thought. Back to the search. But, with Jeff's help and attentive service, he took us through all of their available glass textures and invited me to go look at their offcut back stock to see if there was anything that I could use to substitute what I had lost - even going through all the pieces to find the exact fluting cut that I needed for an image that I had to create. In most environments like this, once people find out that they potentially can't do what you are asking them to do, you are treated like a throwaway customer. But Jeff kept working with me until he found a solution. Thanks, Man (and Crystal Auto Glass)...you really made my (potentially disheartening) experience a positive one...if Jeff is representative of what the rest of your business is like, you are doing it all right.
