Dr. Fogarty takes the time needed to listen and will ask you questions. She works with you as a person not a statistic to churn as many people through her practice as possible. Sometimes you need to be flexible and ready to take the time needed to address your issues. It is worthwhile to do so.. Appreciate the complexity of the "Specialist" practice, this is not a "medi center" in and out quick fix approach to mental health. “Had my first appointment in office yesterday since my last visit in 2014. I can definitely say things have improved! My last experience had me hesitant to go back BUT what. A. Change. Heard from another patient there it was new management but still So glad to see familiar and new faces. Saw Dr Alqishawi and had the pleasure of speaking to a new dentist as well. Very experienced and skilled dentists to say the least. Will definitely be referring family and friends. Glad I gave this place another chance, the receptionists and management show enthusiasm and productivity in insuring all goes smooth and I am well informed of insurance, cost treatment etc... the dentist did his part wonderfully too, and made sure I knew what kind of treatment I needed and took the time the old owner never would to explain and ask if I had any questions. “I deal with extreme dental anxiety (due to previous Dentists) and a phobia of needles and was forced to come into Dr. Jou's office when extreme pain kept me from sleeping or eating. His staff was friendly and kind the entire way, got me in the same day I called and took extra care to explain every step to me. I needed a tooth pulled a few days later, he ensured I went home with good pain medication and antibiotics. The day of the procedure I was so scared but his staff again took such good care of me and reassured me the entire way. Dr. Jou was understanding when it took me a few minutes to deal with needles going in my mouth, but once frozen he pulled the tooth and I did not feel a single thing. We joked and laughed and had a great time afterwards, he really changed the way I view the dentist, and I will not be as scared the next time I go. Zero complications. He will be my Dentist as long as they will have me! + Got me in ASAP with extreme pain. + Front desk is so kind and took care of all insurance questions. + Assistants always smiling, caring and patient. + Dr. Jou extremely kind and professional, focused on high quality patient care. “The doctor and staff are amazing! My feet have been bothering me for years. I had previously went to another podiatrist, he barely looked at my foot and then wanted me to buy insoles. This place was awesome! Thé doctor examined my feet for about 10 minutes, took an x ray, he also sent me on my way with a pad wrapped on 1 of my feet, so far my right foot feels amazing and i just want to thank him that so far on my right foot i am no longer living and accepting pain!!!
