She was even willing to work with us a little longer than our scheduled appointment to make sure all our details were wrapped up nicely. She was especially knowledgeable when it came to our travel insurance needs, saving us money where possible. She was very kind and worked very diligently explaining things as she worked to find the best flights based on what we wanted. Overall great customer service. I would love to book any following trips with her or at least someone like her.
